When considering whether to submit a Call for Papers talk, here are some areas to explore:

• Are you modernizing applications, moving to the cloud, strengthening security, improving resilience, automating system and application management, migrating to SQL/MX, or making other improvements?
• How are you balancing introducing change against keeping your production environment stable in a world of fast-moving technology?
